Who is eligible for this offer?

This is a special program for active and retired military, veterans and surviving spouses (un-remarried spouse of a veteran who died in service or from a service-related disability). All branches of military service are eligible. Military members with an honorable discharge are eligible.

How can this program help me?

Community Lending is offering no lender fees to help military personnel:

  • Purchase a home
  • Refinance a home to lower the interest rate and/or monthly payment

If you are interested in a VA mortgage, these benefits are in addition to the ones you will receive with that type of loan (e.g. no down payment, no mortgage insurance).

Can I use this on any loan program?

Yes, this offer is valid on any Community Lending loan program – VA, conventional, FHA, etc. Broker-funded products are not eligible for this offer.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can take advantage of this offer?

No, there is no limit. You can receive this benefit on all future mortgage transactions with Community Lending if you meet the eligibility requirements.
