Amanda has been in the home buying industry for a little over ten years. She started out as an assistant to a Fannie Mae Real Estate agent in the Southwest Florida area, covering as far as Tampa. Amanda specialized in Local Real Estate, REO properties, Short Sale Negotiations, and Broker Price Opinions. In 2011, she shifted her focus to Mortgage 

Lending and became a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant for Community Lending, a Division of Hamilton Home Loans where she then obtained her Mortgage License in 2013. Amanda specializes in FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Down Payment Assistance, Portfolio lending, and is willing to take on any challenge that comes her way.
