Amanda has been in the mortgage and real estate industry in Florida for the past 20 years. A native Floridian, and the wife of a General Contractor, Amanda is familiar with Florida’s ever changing housing market, and the importance of making sure each client has a successful experience throughout the mortgage loan process, from contract to closing. Amanda understands and recognizes that every borrower is an individual and therefore has different needs. By educating her borrowers throughout the loan process, 

and explaining the mortgage process step by step, Amanda is able to identify each client’s financial needs and goals. Taking the time to “listen” and to “understand” each client’s needs, is the key to structuring the right loan for that client, as well as their future success.
